I used parchment paper regularly but wanted something reusable. Finally baked on these for the first time (Macarons) and these are very useful and safe. Good size, fits in a baking sheet, but they're amazingly stick resistant and my delicate pastries came right off with no extra grease or spray. And far more beautiful and evenly baked than I had experienced with parchment paper. Cleanup is breeze - I just washed them in hot soapy water with my pans and let them with air dry, which I think will save money in the long run. Will probably buy more of these and recommend to others.

I've recently become interested in learning to bake macarons at home after my favorite bakery that made them closed. I tried to wing it my first few times, because surely I could figure it out, right? And yeah, they kind of worked, but eventually I decided maybe having a bit of specialized equipment couldn't hurt.This set has definitely helped with my consistency! The circles make it easier for me to get them the right size every time, the piping bags/tips are handy and sturdier than just clipping a corner off a ziploc bag, and overall my results end up looking more like I know what I'm doing. I would maybe like a slightly larger round tip, but it's definitely serviceable.Overall, it's a pretty solid value if you're looking to try your hand at baking these little guys more than once!EDIT: Upon further inspection while making another batch, I realize now that I missed the size 12 tip the first time through. It turns out that I did have the slightly larger tip I was wishing for earlier in the review. As I thought, it did help!

I am kicking myself for not investing in these silicone mats sooner. I have two sets, the browned edged and colored edged ones. These have changed the way I bake and cook... and I'm not wasting parchment paper like I was before. I've tested them with cookies, rolls, chicken, and roasted veggies so far and each time, everything comes out perfect with no sticking. Clean up is easy with warm, soapy water, and I lay them flat to store. They're awesome! Great customer service too, I had a question and they got me taken care of in a timely manner and I'm very happy.

The silicone baking mats are fantastic!I got tired of the expense of buying parchment paper and had been thinking of getting baking mats for a while. I have heard good things about reusable silicone baking sheet, but was skeptical if they really worked and if they would cause the bottoms of food to be soggy. Thankfully, the silicone cooking mats work wonderfully. I used them for the first time to make cinnamon rolls and they were honestly the best cinnamon rolls I have ever made. Usually the bottoms are always burnt by the time the top portion is cooked, no matter what I have used. These silicone pan liners allowed everything to cook uniformly with no burnt or soggy bottoms. Very pleased and very happy to find something reusable that works.The high heat silicone mat clean up nicely with some soapy water and I let them air dry. While I’ve only had them a for a short time, I’ve used them a couple of times a week so far and have always been pleased with the results.The silicone baking mat are a perfect fit for my half baking sheet and make cleanup of the sheet pan a breeze (which was not always the case with the parchment paper regardless of whichever brand I bought). You won’t regret buying them and no need to pay more money to buy silpat baking mat.

These mats are great quality however, two batches were ruined because the circles were too close together vertically. As you can see in the photo they are more spaced out horizontally. I had to skip a line in order for them to not run in to each other vertically.

The silicone mat on top of my air-bake cookie sheet make by Christmas cut out cookies turn out great! I didn't have to wash the cookie sheets, only the silicone mats. The silicone helped to distribute the heat evenly so they all had the same color on the bottom. This saved me $ on parchment paper, but I still use parchment paper for my chocolate chip cookies, because they don't raise as high on the silicone mat as they do when baked on the parchment paper.

I have used these once to bake cookies in a standard baking sheet. They were larger than the sheet, which caused it to bowl slightly, giving us one big mound of cookie in the center of the pan instead of staying separate. Otherwise, these sheets made cleanup incredibly easy and I like that I’m not generating any trash when I bake.
