Great product! Have used for years. Never been disappointed. It really does help prevent and clear up cold sores. With nightly use, lips stay in good condition and cold sore outbreaks are greatly reduced.

It has a really strong tea tree odor which is very overpowering and doesn't taste good. I'm sure if you were to use it medicinally on cold sores you wouldn't care about the smell as long as it did the job, but the smell is almost nauseating for me. I haven't noticed softer lips or anything special about this. I have to reapply it fairly often as well. Overall, I think it's really overhyped and overpriced. I love my usual lip balm by Katixon Skincare which is awesome so I'll stick with that.

What happened? I have used this product for several years . These tubes (order of 2) were not a salve but a runny thick oil. Runs right out of the tube very gritty and does not stay on lips. Very disappointed to pay this much for 2 tubes of goop. 😕

Did nothing for me. The tingle is what makes you think its working but that's just the ample amount of menthol. Not a fan .

This stuff tastes horrible. Sorry. I had to say it. I am not saying NOT to buy it, I just personally cannot use it on my lips. It then gets in my mouth and makes me gag.
