I can’t use almond flour and so far I am really enjoying this alternative!

I’ve never used this product before. I dipped my fish in it and pan fried. The pecan flavor was not as strong as I was hoping, but it was tasty. The bag seemed small, but for my uses, it will last a while.

It's a nice product, finely ground and not too bitter (a batch I got from a different place was quite bitter). But this is nice pecan flour.

I love this stuff! Im allergic to every grain known to man and most nuts but I use this to bake a few things and theyve turned out SO GOOD! It could be a little more finely ground but even so its great!

I bought this to add to my morning oatmeal for something different. Quite tasty! Look forward to adding it to waffle batter and quick breads.

I add a cup of pecan meal and a cup of chopped pecans to every batch of chocolate chip cookies.

Ease of use for recipes calling for pecan meal or ground pecans.

Works great for keto crusts. Don’t overcook though or it gets bitter
