I swear by these things especially if you have a sore throat. They have a strong taste but if you want something that soothes your throat then they are perfect. They come in a small package but each little lozenge lasts for a while and really work. Will definitely buy again.

These cough drops are strong with menthol, and while some people might find them a little intense, they are super effective, especially for someone like me who talks for a living. I am a teacher, and these keep my throat calm and clear of any nagging cough that might accompany a cold or allergy attack. I like the fact that they are flat, so I can hold them between my teeth and cheek while still being able to easily talk with one in my mouth. I also like that they are not very sweet (sugar is the second to last ingredient listed), so I don't worry about them ruining my teeth.

Best throat pain relief out there! I have used these for years and they are all I buy. Strong and effective!

Good and strong, relieved cough and laryngitis.

I liked that the pouches are better recloseable than they used to be. They are the same classic powerful lozenges. It was exactly what I needed and expected. I am having a terrible allergy flareup, and these help the throat discomfort, and a little bit of the congestion too.

Works well, but not the best tasting.

It is strong but it works on me quickly. I can breath better because it open me up. I keep it at my bedside because that is where I wake up in a coughing fit, gasping for air.
