Pretty good actually. At first it took a while to work out how to set it up for my Mrs....yes...my Mrs. Not me! After a while we worked it out. The sticky but is a gel pad and one does wonder how it’ll remain sticky for constant use. We’ll seeFor now though it’s proving quite the device. My wife says it has a good grip and causes constant clenching! So the cheeks are really being tensed up and let loose. The mechanism of a work out in that area without breaking a sweatAlso ideally used on top of a regular work out routine.As mentioned, we’ll hold back raving too much in case the stick on factor diminishes - for now though - impressed.

As long as you have a good and steady exercise regime going them this can definitely aid with supporting the buttocks area as it helps aid and gives than extra bit more stimulation that will goes over the 100% barrier to 110%. Alone its not going to achieve as much. Like other simulators you need 2 x AAA batteries which is always a pain - why not make these things USB rechargeable - I don't know. Comes with attached gels and extras when needed, so its all set to go.Worth a buy if you want that extra stimulation - good for yourself or someone who you think might benefit from it.

This is a lot smaller than the photos, unless my partners bum is just bigger but we wont even go there or else this could be my last review. It sticks on pretty good and you get extra sticky pads with it. Once that runs out I dnt know where to get more atm I'm probably going to use tape and just stick it on lol. She says it works and you feel it make your muscles contract. To soon to see results but time will tell.
