UTRAI AirOn 2 True wireless stereo 5 0 Bluetooth earbuds How do you reset your earphones when they don't pair together? 1. Turn off your earbuds manually(Tap the touch control panel of the earbuds for 5- 6 seconds there will be a voice prompt “power off” and the two earbuds will turn off at the same time ) and select "Forget this device" on your device's Bluetooth. 2. When the earbud is off tap and hold both earbuds at the same time for about 20 seconds. In this process you will hear these voices prompts “Power On-Pairing Mode-DingDing-DingDing” in turn (When you hear first "DingDing" of voice prompt it means you started the reset function successfully When you hear second "DingDing" of voice prompt it means reset completed). 3. Then put them back to the charging case and close the lid After 5s take the L/R earbuds out of the charging case at the same time. The earbuds will power on automatically. After the successful connection between left and right earbuds there will be a voice prompt “Pairing Mode” and the earbuds indicator will flash blue light and enter the pairing state 4. Excellent fit stability but not great sound
I went on a mission to find the best <$50 truly wireless earbuds and tried 6 different pairs from Amazon. Now you can benefit from my OCD. In the end it was a toss up between the Vedoo and the Utrai AirOn but I preferred the Vedoo based on case quality and the numeric battery indicator. None of these had great sound isolation but a few were good enough.Vedoo:* Audio quality: Very good (good bass and max volume)* Sound isolation: Low* Mic sound quality: Ok* In-ear stability: GoodUtrai AirOn:* Audio quality: Very good (good bass and max volume)* Sound isolation: Low* Mic sound quality: Ok* In-ear stability: GoodUtrai AirOn 2 (Sport):* Audio quality: Ok (no bass, tinny sound)* Sound isolation: Low* Mic sound quality: Good* In-ear stability: Excellent[Upgraded] Boltune V5.0* Audio quality: Ok (low bass and low max volume)* Sound isolation: Low* Mic sound quality: Ok* In-ear stability: OkFiracore F10* Audio quality: Ok (good bass but low max volume)* Sound isolation: Good* Mic sound quality: Ok* In-ear stability: Excellent (they ain't coming out)Touch Two C5* Audio quality: Good (good bass and decent max volume)* Sound isolation: Good* Mic sound quality: Ok* In-ear stability: Ok

Great Buy!
Great earbuds!!! Sound is pretty good..could uses little more base..but overall very pleased..the most important and impressive part is that they actually stay in the ear..have had other similar types.but most always slip out during workouts..these don't and are very secure and lightweight. Charging case is also small and portable. Great value... for the price you cant go wrong ...I bought these to replace a much more expensive pair that even though had a little better sound wouldnt stay in my ear and often qent dead after a full charge and sound went out in less than a year.

Do not buy these - does not pair easily
This is not a user friendly product. I have not been able to connect these earbuds simultaneously. It’ll connect one and not the other. The computer voice says it is connected or pairing mode. I am now on with Amazon customer service.Update: this device could not be paired. The instructions say to use the control panel to turn them off to reset. What control panel??????I am returning the device. Big fail on Amazon’s part flagging this as an “Amazon’s Choice” product. No one should ever have to go through this much frustration to pair a device, which I’ve done many many times before. I will go with a better, albeit more expensive product - Apple.

Still a consideration.........
Well these buds will definitely stay in your ear. I took the hook rubber piece off and its more comfortable now. I know why the rubber is on there, because of the sharp edges on the mating edges the earbuds. They don't touch my ear in any way despite being there. The sound is good and the bass is just right (for me). I can wear them for about 5hours before I have to switch ears.BUT.... For some reason the left earbud has more range than the right earbud. This is very annoying, I am a mechanic, because they work so well. I have no idea why this is. Also it takes them a while to connect AND there is no distinction between the left and right earbud when they pair. This too sucks.Ultimately they are good earbuds that fit securely in the ear using the supplied earpads. BUT for someone who leaves his or her phone and walks around or works, it sucks that both earbuds will not afford you the same range. You have to walk with your phone at all times. Still I have to give them a thumbs up because they work.

Great fit, good sound quality - overall wonderful earbuds
I liked the sound quality of these headphones, and the fit was surprisingly good (which is not something I get to say often about true wireless headphones). Additionally the touch controls were perfect - easy to learn, easy to use. The only negative about sound was that the volume level was quite low - and if you cranked up your volume higher than maybe 50% the sound started distorting. The only major issue I had was with the battery life which just wasn't there. Maybe I got a bad unit - but my phone would show 80% charge level (after about 1-2 hours of use), and the headphones started complaining about low battery. This happened to me more than once - which is why I ended up returning the pair I bought.Update:The seller reached out to me about the defective unit I received, and wanted to send me a new pair - which they did. They sent the new headphones very quickly, and I've been using them now for a few days. One thing I didn't try earlier is if the sound is in sync when watching videos. In my experience the sound is ever so slightly out of sync, but the sound delay is so minor that you don't even notice it after a short period of time. You could easily watch a movie using these earbuds. And finally I am happy to report that I haven't had any of the issues I had with the first pair. The battery life seems great, and the earbuds charge quickly in the case. Also the sound quality is as good as I remembered, and there's been no issues with the sound getting distorted at higher volumes.I've tried and used countless of true wireless headphones (from cheap to very expensive), and I can honestly say these are my current favorite earbuds. My primary use case is listening to music when running - and these earbuds fit me perfectly without getting loose during the run.
