I must have missed that the watch is for larger wrists and men. I’m not a skinny person, except at my wrists. This watch was one hole in from the tightest setting. Then, I found out that I can’t use this smart watch as a stand-alone product because it can’t work on my carrier, Verizon, which is actually good for most other people. Therefore, it has to remain tethered via Bluetooth. Half of a fully charged battery was used to monitor 8 hours of sleep. The full battery was used in 8 hours of work monitoring steps and sedentary time. It doesn’t consistently check and report heart rate, even in the continuous mode. It continuously hijacks media sound output. All of the monitoring aspects have to be turned on and off. The watch customizations are limited to four. The units switch back to metric even after setting them to imperial. I can’t track anything as the app doesn’t track or report anything accurately. Both product and app English version were either Google translated or translated by someone who has moderate ESL/EFL skills, which was the least of all my problems. Because of this, I had to concentrate to set up the watch. Additionally, this company has produced three apps and just by looking for it I could not tell which one was for my watch. However, the company did provide a QR code to identify which app to download.

My experience:Looks nice and well put together, but connectivity and functionality were lacking. The phone option was hard to hear, probably should have paired it with a Bluetooth earbud. It would not recognize the mobile app but would connect to my phone. It almost worked. Would have been great if it worked all the way.

Love it. The only problem is the charging cord doesn't work properly. I'm going to try to find one compatible, but if I can't, regretfully, it will be returned.

I can’t rate a product that doesn’t work!! I’ll be returning these watches. They’ JUNK

This watch really sucks. The battery life is MAYBE 2 hours, and you can't just hook it up to your phone's bluetooth, it HAS to have it's own sim card to function, do NOT spend any money on this piece of crap!!
