wish these were pre-roasted
i like cacao nibs but these have a very vinegary smell and flavor that is hard to get rid of.

Too large of chunks
The nibs are quite large which really impairs the flavor spreading into tea or whatever you might mix them into. Smaller bits would be much better

Fresh. They have a strong fermented (vinegar-like) smell but it goes away some if you toast them.

I love this product
This product arrived as promised and was as the seller described. I use it with coffee for a wonderful Mocha Java coffee. A friend who doesn't like coffee uses it instead of coffee. We love it.
