I think this is great to have on hand. Honestly it’s a pretty big tablet I recommend just biting it but it is VERY tart you can also suck on in it and let it dissolve which is what I prefer. I didn’t notice an upset stomach but I always had food/drink with it.

The best of both worlds for my taste
This my favorite form of vitamin C since it's very tasty citrus tabs can be dissolved slowly or crunched like candy. Great quality as well.Time to reorder.

Decent choice
I didn't notice a change in my energy levels which was fine, but I did notice that I didn't really get sick when I was taking these. The taste is not super pleasant and it is overwhelming. It doesn't dissolve well either.
