Q: Would these fan clips work for the u12p? I have the heat sync but no fan clips. Since im not the original owner I cannot get them from noctua.

Since this was designed as an add on fan for the Noctua NH-U12S redux cooler, the clips will be compatible with the other Noctua NH-U12S coolers. Diagrams of these coolers can be found at the Noctua website showing the exact dimensions.

Q: Does the fan have a cfm rating? (i don't see cfm on noctua.at specs)

This is a replacement part for the u12s cooler which commonly has a fan of a cfm rating of 70.60 so I'm guessing that's it

yeah but you'll need the brackets that came with the 212
