The Venus heater works well, and its storage capacity is good. There's not much more to add, but it's important to use it safely. I would rate it 9 out of 10.

I bought this divino vguard water heater for Rs.6199. Installation fee is Rs.350 and connecting hoses are charged Rs.350 by the technician.One batch of water gets heated in 15 minutes. Satisfied with its functioning. Looks neat and practically easy to use.Once you receive the heater from amazon, call vguard installation service by your own since there is no assistance from amazon in this aspect.

I had installed around 5 of these V-guard water heaters that were same tech and design in a residence complex in 2014 and not a single one had problem till date. 0 repairs in the last 10 years till date in 2024 for either of those 5 heaters. I had experience with other brand heaters too over time, like trouble with electricity shock in some orient heaters from 2 years ago and they are crap. In one place where i stayed for rent was using usha heaters and they used to burn out too despite being new. Other brand heaters I have seen went bad with in few years except khaitan which also lasted a long time but had heater element problem after 9 years of service life and with orient it was horrible experience (with in warranty time and tried to claim warranty on orient and it was a horrible experience on orient which is owned by birlas) except V guard. I bought the V-guard again to replace that khaitan heater that keeps burning out heating element every 5 months now.If some one wants to buy a reliable water heater available in the market right now, its v-guard. Buy it with closed eyes as these heaters last a long time. Ill edit again how this new purchase goes ( hope no issues so ill be back a decade later :)
