I got this for my son who is doing his best to get as tall as his diet, good sleep, and of course his genes will allow. He is on the football team and doing his best to stay fit and get some strong bones and muscles. And of course doing his best to get taller. So this as a daily supplement is a great way IMO to safely improve the immune system and provide some important vitamins and what not for assistance. Most of these ingredients are geared toward good bone health. And I was very surprised to see Eucommia Bark in this as its a big secret IMO.In one study it made chickens taller. In a 2015 published study on Eucommia ulmoides in the Journal of Psychotherapy, research results showed that Eucommia extracts "significantly increased longitudinal bone growth rate and growth plate height in adolescent female rats." There are supposed to be some encouraging studies with humans but I have never been able to find one. But to me this definitely looks like an ingredient that has potential. Another ingredient that I like in this is the 5-hydroxytryptophan which increases serotonin. And yes that can equate into a happier mood but it also encourages good sleep (may) which is when growth hormone is more active.So my son takes much more of these ingredients dosage wise, than what's in this product. But only on specific days that are strictly scheduled. This is a great way to get some exposure 'daily' that is safe and effective IMO.Now what's interesting is the big box store is selling this exact Same product (Ingredients and Amounts) as "Doctor Plus by NuBest, Powerful Height Growth Formula. Grow Taller Supplement for Children (10+) and Teenagers, 60 Capsules". It cost more on the website I am looking at than what the price of this cost 'per bottle' if you were to buy their 1,,, 60 cap bottle.. You can google it see for yourself. Coincidence they are touting it as a 'get taller supplement?? ,,,,,,I think not since that's exactly how I perceived this when I first saw it !So yes I am all 5 stars on this and I really like it and do recommend it. I like the quality of these for my pre teen, however, they are very pricey! They are great for good bone health. The dose that you get is very low, but I am happy about that because many supplements are overloaded and the body cannot absorb that much anyhow. This is a 2 pack, so a 2 month supply. The price is very high, especially when you factor in the cost of the other supplements that you need in addition to this. While I am pleased with the quality, I think the cost is too high for most. I do like that they are easy for my preteen to swallow.

If your kiddo is lacking in Calcium & Vitamin D then these might be a great option to add into their routine. It is suggested for kids 10 and older, and these capsules are easy to swallow but can be opened up and mixed into food or liquids if your child doesn’t swallow pills well. It doesn’t have much if any flavor and does not cause any kind of upset stomach or reaction. I like that these include some key ingredients to help with bone health. If your child only gets some of their vitamins and nutrients from their diet, this will help get them the rest of the way. If they do not consume foods that contain these vitamins, then this would be great to take in conjunction with a multi vitamin. It isn’t going to necessarily make your kid grow super tall, but it will help support and strengthen their body. The price seems fair for a 60 day supply, especially when you weigh in that these are American Made (a rarity these days). Overall, this seems to be a good product, will update if my opinion changes.
