I was given a package of these last yr when I left the hospital after surgery. They are fantastic to have around the house. I opened them in Nov of 2011 and even today Dec of 2012 they have remained moist.

Curbs my appetite but doesnt do what I thought it would do. Still using it though because I read somewhere im supposed to give it time.

My daughter took these on three occasions a few wks ago and told me she felt physically sick after taking them. I took one yesterday to check & also felt sick. I took one tablet again today to see if it was a one-off - but I vomited 5-10 mins later. I had not yet had breakfast, so it wasn’t that. I’m worried the ones I brought are faulty.

Looking at my profile, one can understand that I often buy range of supplements from Whey to Multi vitamins and often vegan ones whenever I get a choice. My go to one has always been Cod liver oil but wanted to give this a try to see if am convinced of making a switch. ..Overall I would say my experience is positive after using it for 4 weeks as I wait atleast a month to write my review as our system takes sometime to get adapted to shift in dosage and change in the formula. The dosage might be slightly lower in compared to what you get from fish sources for vitamin D, the presence of rest of the other vitamins compensates for it. So the recommended usage is 1 per day, I have gone upto 2 per day as am quite used to it and I feel it is upto individual choice.Happy so far.

Great balance of vitamins. Coating makes it easy to swallow if you're used to big vitamins. They are too big for my son though even when broken in half. I have to get him chewables.Edit 24/07/2021I see the formula has changed since I last bought these with the folate being replaced with the cheaper folic acid which is not absorbed as well and not great for people who already eat a balanced diet. I won't be buying again. Reduced to 3 stars.

I suffer from Fibromyalgia and an Under-active Thyroid and I have tried many vitamin supplements over the past few years and not once have they given me the energy boost these have. I started taking them the same day they arrived 25/11/2021 and I am starting to feel a fair bit more energetic now.The only new thing I have tried is these tablets and so I am pretty sure the tablets are the reason I have more energy. My health issues cause immense exhaustion to the point where I can acting fall asleep standing in a noisy full bus while travelling home from work. I really do get that tired and have missed my bus stop on many occasions due to exhaustion after a hectic day at work.Now I am a lot more alert and can concentrate much better at work and no longer nearly fall asleep around 1500 every day.I always eat a varied diet of home cooked vegan food but even that hasn’t helped my energy level in the way that these tablets have.Now I realise they may not work for everyone but maybe they are worth a try. I almost gave up after taking various different vitamin/mineral supplements that didn’t do a thing for me.These did and I will order another pack soon.Good value for money and you can buy in bulk amounts. For me they are better quality and a lot cheaper than the ones I bought from the health food shop that cost an extortionate amount of money.The one downside is that they are huge caplets and if swallowed sideways tend to stick in the throat (it has happened to me a couple of times).My only grumble was that they came in a bag rather than a pot which makes storing them difficult.

Despite containing Methylated B-12, etc; the folate is in the form of folic acid, instead if methyltetrahydrofolinic acid or methyl folate, as it should be. 20% of people will get no benefit, or possibly a negative effect from folic acid, because of the MTHFR mutation.
