I received the 2 pack. One works fine, the other has a lot of static and I frequently can't be heard. Purchased 6 weeks ago and now it is too late to return them.

Where have these been for the past 30 years?!?! I LOVE this product.... HOWEVER, plan on the swivel only working for about 3-6 months. Plan on buying at the reduced multi-pack rate. Get over the short lifespan! They are cheap and soooo worth it! Just switch it out for a new one when you start to hear static and scratchy voices.

I work out of a home office and have 2 phones on desk. Cords were always twisting and tangling up and eventually the wires inside would fail so lines would be crackling costumers couldn't hear me or I them was frustrating. These cords have eliminated all of the above and I wish had discovered them long ago. Highly recommend Last purchased Mar 17, 2023 UPDATE first gave this item a 5 star concept is good and the first one lasted about 7 months before it got to crackling so bad had to put the second one on it lasted till today you could barely hear anyone when on the line disconnected the swivel part and can hear again was skeptical when i bought them and still they surprised me i still gave them a 3 as they worked and lasted loner than i expected i may try a different brand and see if any better

These cables work fine and are much better than standard ones when it comes to tangling. While they do start curling up sometimes, they mostly stay untangled, which makes them easier to use. Overall, a noticeable improvement over regular cables.

These were the perfect size for the compact receiver on my office phone. Very easy install, great quality, and no static from connection. I will definitely recommend these to my co workers.
