I ordered this a month ago and highly recommend it! It’s easy to put on and has the cordless feature making easier to multitask. I am seeing noticeable difference in my skin appearance: reduced acne, redness and fine lines, improvement in texture and skin tone. I use it three times a week 20 mins session and already notice brightness in complexion. I give this product 5 star in terms of comfort, battery life, and effectiveness.

I've emailed from their contact form on their website, I sent a message to their tiktok and I sent a message to their IG with no response. I purchased this about 10/11 months ago and last week the lights just stopped working. I always kept it in a cool and dry place and charged it when needed.It doesn't matter if I charge it or not, they lights will flash on and then right back off. They have a 1 year warranty which is coming up and I'm starting to wonder if that's why I'm not getting a response from them so the warranty can lapse.I loved this mask, used it all the time, but paying this amount for something that didn't even last a year and then getting no response from their customer service is very disheartening.I'll update my review if I ever hear back from them about this. When I sent the email I only requested a replacement, not a refund, so this is so bizarre that they're not responding.

Super easy to put on with the adjustable straps and I love multitasking while wearing it. I’m seeing noticeable difference in my skin appearance (plump, hydrated, reduced finelines). You’ll see improvement in texture and skin tone in just about a month and also notice brightness in complexion. Overall a 5 star product in terms of design, comfort, battery life, and effectiveness :)

My wife had seen similar products and was wanting to try it hence I ordered it for her. I am so glad I did as she loves it and uses it few times a week. She said she feels her mood lifted after using it and her skin has seen some positive changes too. She continues to use it and raves about it.The product is easy to use and charges well and delivers what it claims. I highly recommend this product and I might start using it too as I have heard a lot of benefits of red light therapy. Great quality product at a great price!

It worked great until it didn't! The cord seems to be busted. If I move the cord into the perfect position, it will turn on, but moving again turns it off. Not worth $300 if it breaks in two months. I'm so sad! The mask for me was comfortable, I loved that it was cordless and easy to charge. Super bummed about this.

For nearly $400 you’d think it would work longer than a few months. I only use it a few times a month and now it flickers on and off and doesn’t last more than 1 minute. So many other brands out now if pass on this brand

Whenever there is an "at home" spa item I always wonder "am I going to use this?" "how complicated is this?" "will I really get results?"So those are my concerns, but I saw this felt called to try it and ordered it. I am SO SO happy I did. I have been a) using it non stop. b) didn't have ANY issues putting it on and setting up. c) YES RESULTS.As soon as the light went on, I felt peaceful. Like I was laying under the sun and receiving the benefits of sun bathing or being on the beach. That calm serene feeling is actually way more beneficial then advertised.It's so well made and even has several plugs to take when you travel making this the perfect item to bring on a vacation. It's a non-invasive supplement for your mood and skin essentially. I did see a little glow on my skin but I don't know if that's coming from my inner peace or the benefits it gives to the skin. I think both.Overall I am so so happy with the ease of this, the details and comfort and the design couldn't be better. I also use the eye patches which I am happy are included in the package.Definitely consider this a YES and even though I am using it in the summer the real joy will be winter time to feel like I am getting the sun in my bed whenever I want!!! LOVE it.
