Disappointing....
Banana stem need not be very fresh but has to have a tender core for cooking. The one recieved was hard and not suitable for cooking any dishes. It is sold for more than local market rate. the product recieved was not worth the money. Highly disappointing.

old stock and too much matured fruit too much fibers to eat cooked.
was too much in cold storage and it was almost brown and too matured that it had so many fibers took almost a hr to remove that normally it is big young and hence lesss fibers this was too matured stem and too much fibers and almost brown showing it was old stock.
