Harry Potter Golden Snitch Sticker Kit (Mega Mini Kits) Accessory – Sticker Book, 26 Sept. 2006

This is not a toy nor a valuable collectable. It is made from cheap plastic and a little wooden stand but it looks fantastic on my bookcase. There are some scratches on the back of the silver wings, but it doesn't really matter because no one can see them anyway. The little sticker book is pretty good too - it has the crest of Hogwarts, the crest of the four houses, and the pictures of Harry Potter, Draco Malfoy and Cedric Diggory. I found it very strange that while Cedric Diggory is obviously from Goblet of Fire, the picture of Harry is from Prisoner of Azkaban. Overall, it is a very good product for a few pounds, and I will buy the Time Turner one in the future.

Great gift

I used this as the basis of an engagement ring box after trying a few others and failing. for the price it makes a really nice looking ornament, but it is sturdy enough to cut in half and maintain its integrity. The item wasn't delivered at first so Amazon kindly sent another, only for me to find the first one outside a neighbor's house a few days later, so now I have two.I've seen a few people ask about how useful different objects are for similar projects so here's my experience:I cut the snitch with a hacksaw and smoothed the edges with some wet and dry. I removed the insides which consists of some small weights held in with plastic, using side cutters. The insides I painted using a gold paint pen as the insides are black. I made the ring holder by securing in two pieces of card with a gap between them and some felt, which dropped between the gap then ran to the edges. The two halves of the snitch were then put back together using a hinge for a doll house.It looked great and is difficult to tell that it is more than meets the eye at first glance. If you are planning something similar I recommend this item.

The four parts are easily assembled: wooden stand, solid plastic golden snitch, 2x light built silver wings.Makes a pretty eye-catching desktop/bookshelf ornament, not to be played with since wings are easy to fall off.All in all a good piece of HP merchandise for under £5.

Fast delivery good price for a Christmas present

This product is really good as it comes with a sticker book containing stickers with pictures of harry at different stages which are of really good quality.I love the product itself as it looks just like the one in the film! I looks great on my shelf with the sorting hat and the hedwig owl that I had already bought.The only thing I would say is BE CAREFUL when opening it and putting it together as the wings seem very fragile. I have heard that they can break easily but they were fine with me. You just have to be careful with them and not force them into the slots.

Cheaply made, the wings were too big to fit properly in the ball, we were afraid if we tried to push it too much it would snap. Other than that it's perfect, when it said there was a sticker book I was expecting something bigger but it was just 1 sticker per page in a tiny book. The stand was really good the snitch sit in it perfectly. Made my daughters day

I bought this for my 8 year old daughter and she is really pleased with it. You get a nice wooden carved stand, the golder snitch ball made of plastic and two white wings that you fit into the golden ball. It looks really good on her shelf.
