Hi I bought this bag as a gift for my sister, the bag arrived with a deep scratch/mark on it. As if it’s had been used and worn out, wasn’t expecting this for the price but apart from that it was a very nicely made bag, great for outings, just really unfortunate that it arrived damaged.
