I like the design and feel of this mouse. The first one I ordered stopped working within weeks. I went through the troubleshooting protocol, and then I ordered a replacement since I liked the mouse and figured it was just a faulty item. After four weeks the second one stopped working as well, but after some troubleshooting on my own I identified the USB-C dongle as the problem; the USB-A was fine. I looked more closely at the specs, and realized that the little button behind the wheel on the top of the mouse is a toggle switch between the USB-A and the USB-C dongles. Once I pressed that, it began working again.

I needed a USB-C type adapter for my new laptop. However, I decided to get a new mouse that supported two types of adapters and this mouse was ideal. The mouse was designed to house both USB port adapters within the underside (in the battery latch) and there is a small lighted switch on the top for the C-type use. very nicely designed and a good product.

My new laptop only came with a C connection, so I ordered this mouse since the last one I had was USB only doggle. Not sure why I have to turn the mouse on and off and back on again to get it to work. Kind of a hassle, but once the computer accepts it...it works just like any other mouse. I have a USB to C adapter for a different mouse I use at work and it always works as soon as it's plugged in.The quality of the mouse is good and have yet to replace the batteries. Fits nicely in my hand.

I've never had a quiet click mouse before, but will have one moving forward.The only issue I have is the need for 2 AAA batteries, but that wasn't enough to knock stars off.

The mouse doesn't work well on the mousepad. It is strange that it works better on my desk.

Performs as advertised and is a comfortable size and shape.

I don't know if I had a one time defective device or not, but the connection to the batteries kept failing no matter how I jimmied how the batteries sat in the housing.
