Could be a great product, but was dented upon opening the box, but the box wasn't damaged, so this was a warehouse production/packaging problem. We mainly bought it for the dog dish and it doesn't work. It just leaks everywhere.Terrible customer service (when you finally figure out how to contact them, we were told to call, but got an automated message that told us to email). First we were offered a $15 discount because of "cosmetic" damage. Ummmm, no! I don't want to look at a dent. Then we reminded them that it was mainly the dog bowl not working, and they responded by telling us they couldn't replace it because they're out of stock. They are in stock on Amazon, so why can't you replace it? Then they told us it would be weeks and weeks for a replacement, which incidentally puts us outside of the return window.This could be a really great product if it worked properly. But, they're customer service has soured the product.There isn't a resolution yet. Extremely disappointed and pissed off about this.

Easy to install make sure you flush the filters properly. If not you will have a plastic taste. Much better then any bottle of water you buy in the store. And you don’t need to carry any more bottles.

This thing is great, now we can stop buying and moving 5 gallon jugs. Customer service was great at handling a minor issue not related to the water cooler
