Good value, simple to use/install and good finish.
A like this product, easy to install, its form factor is just right, fits perfect, it had to replace an existing switch which was very tight between two other switches as per photo. I brought it to Cyprus for use in my apartment that has an immersion heater as backup when there is no sun for heating the solar panels, works well. Minor problem the led light didnt work but I resolved this, its wire were crossed at the base of the LED, untwisted them and all ok. The unit does run a little warm but nothing to write home about. Also I would say the red switch off/timer/on works ok but careful not to be rough with it, it's not exactly a big toggle switch if you know what I mean, note also it only switches the live wire (not neutral) and theres no post for the earth wire( it's not needed) so you will need to use the post that's in the metal cavity box.

Better than an electronic switch
Easy to fit

Will work only for some time.
Very disappointed, but what can you get for that price. Shouldn’t have brought itI had brought this 2 years ago, fitted it and worked well for some time. The clock on the timer would run fast by about half an hour everyday but I decided that I could adjust it daily.Late 2024, the timer would got stuck and did not keep time at all so I had to switch on the heater on /off manually everyday. Its still fitted but i operate it manually until I get a new one. Only problem is that I am using it Tanzania and it would be difficult to make a return.

Easy'ish
Works well and analogue as opposed to digital and therefore easily understandable and not overly complicated. If I had one criticism it would be the lack of space behind and awkwardness for 'wiring in'.

You get what you pay for
This does what it says... it times electrical appliances and is easy to use and programme. However it has a cheap feel. The mounting bracket in particular is not really rigid enough. I mounted mine on a 30mm mounting box with two 13amp power cables connected. The timer is screwed to the mounting bracket by two screws in diagonal corners. The screws are small and thin - don't loose them you'll find them difficult to replace! When I attached mine the pressure of the cables caused the mounting bracket to distort and open up a small gap between the bracket and the box. The front cover has three lugs which hold it in place, these feel flimsy and I don't think they will last long. The timer has no earth connection so make sure your mounting box has an earth junction in it, otherwise you will risk a broken earth in the circuit.

Don't forget to buy mounting box.
works as it should, worth remembering it needs a mounting box, buy separately, All good.
