Trust all the other bad reviews here and do not buy this box of useless parts on which you will just waste hours unpacking, unsuccessfully trying to assemble, then wrestling to Tetris all the useless bits back into the super heavy box.The long list of issues here:* Super cheap everything -- good luck not stripping the bolts.* The chair material on ours was stitched backwards, so if anyone actually got far enough as to sit in one of these, they'd be sitting on the seams. Nice look too.* The chair material framing and actual material on ours was 15"... the interior of the armrest frame into which that seat is supposed to bolt to is 19"... not only were the bolts nowhere near long enough, but even if they were, you'd be sitting on 15" of fabric with the frame digging into your thighs. Unless these are for children, they weren't going to work. Ours looked nothing like the photos here -- easily a two inch gap between the seat material and armrest.* One of the holes we tested for bolting the seating material to the armrest frame was way too big for the bolt, so even if it did reach on both sides, it wasn't ever going to attach.* Just ZERO quality control. Totally possible we got a box full of lemons, as some people seem to have managed to put together and use their chairs, but what was in OUR box was never going to be usable chairs.Currently waiting on hold with Amazon customer support as even if you manage to get all the useless parts back into that box, good luck lifting it into your car and then out again at the UPS store.Possibly the worst product I've ever seen from Amazon. Why is Amazon selling something so bad, and why would you risk buying this heavy box of useless lemon parts? Just, No.

The chairs are nice. The instructions were a nightmare: they gave the wrong screws for most of the holes. We had to undo and redo everything we’d already done. It takes at least two people to build the chairs; for some screws, one person has to pull the frame toward the screw and hold it while the other person turns it. Once we were finished, we realized that the legs are on backwards. We’re just going to leave them that way.

They look great . Putting them together was a challenge but after doing 2 chairs you finally get the hang of it . Definitely took some patience but worth . Great price .

I consider myself very good at putting furniture together. So when I saw this I thought it looked very easy. Instructions said 6 steps! Ha! Screws and bolts not fitting in the holes. Holes were different sizes. Followed the instructions perfectly. Very cheap. Returned it and bought another set much easier to put together . Not from Amazon . Very disappointed with Amazon. And it was not easy to put all the pieces back and take to store to return.Don’t buy!

The chairs are pretty sturdy. They're attractive except one of the four I bought looks a little crooked and there's nothing I can do about it. I hate cheap Chinese hardware. American bolts and screws are way better. Cheaper hardware tends to strip and there's nothing you can do about it. You need to be very very patient when assembling this. And you need to have some skill. If it was easier to put together I would give it four stars maybe five. Please don't underestimate the difficulty of assembling this. You need at least two people.

Packaging seemed nice and all assembly pieces were nicely packed. Upon first opening and taking plastic off frames, everything seemed legit. As I started to assemble, it was clear that the fabric piece that attaches to the frames was well short of what was needed. The fabric seemed durable and quality, but it wasn't manufactured properly. The seat fabric should have been almost 20" but all four fabric pieces were at least 2" short. Tried drying, stretching in sunlight for 5 hours (instructions say to lay in sunlight to get rid of folds), did not make any difference. Based on a lot of similar reviews, I would not recommend buying this.*UPDATE* 5 days after this delivered and after I already returned it, I got a box of replacement parts delivered. No email, notification, nothing. It just showed up. Maybe had I been informed about them sending replacement parts I'd have waited but I had no clue. Poor experience all over the place. Before returning, before getting a random box of replacement parts, I did try to reach out to the seller but after 3 days with no response, I returned it and asked Amazon for a refund.

Beware Buyer! Do not waste your money on these cheaply made products, not worth the price that you pay for them. They ship to you damaged items. I have contacted them and have not heard a word back from them. They take your hard earned money and you never hear back from them. You can buy these same chairs at Rona’s for $20.00 each, so I could have gotten 2 and more chairs for what they charged me! Ridiculous! I guess this is one of those companies they warn you about and to avoid! GInet Vachon
