Great look, perfect for our prop needs
Really great prop. We used it as a prop for our film. Really good quality on the surface, not sure if it works or how it works.

They work phenomenal. Setup & Connection is seamless. Audio is clean and clear, even the provided answering machine feature is very straight forward. Button sizes are not too small or clumsy looking!

Easy to set up great for older people, like us !
Our houses sit with lightning and we lost our home phone and my husband wanted one that’s easy to use and had extensions and an answering machine and some phones actually don’t have a dialtone we found out, so The we absolutely love and care really happy with them anybody that needs to replace their phone and they still need a home phone. This is the word goodbye love it.

Needed a new house phone
This phone is very nice, but it had a damage with the connection

Unit not working expected
Purchased on July 29, took a chance and bought a used unit. Delivery was speedy. Fist red flag it was packaged in CS5249 box while my unit is a VTech 208. The base unit was decent but the cordless handset was visibly well worn. It set up as expected but after 1 day the cordless handset stopped working displayed "Out of range or no power at base unit" even when next to the base unit. I contacted VTech but the issue could not be resolved. They suggested that I return the item. This is not cost effective so I have to keep it without the use of the cordless handset. 1 star because the base unit seems to be working.
