Good worthy product for price

I am editing my initial review as I initially gave a 4 star rating for the slight noise that it makes. But when I put rice in it, it was almost noiseless. Just loved this wet grinder. The batter turned out so fluffy & nice. Would definitely recommend investing in this compact wet grinder than using a mixer-grinder. Easy to clean & store. Have made dosa batter twice so far using different cereals & grains. The batter gets ready in the recommended 20 minutes. So much better as the stone base & wheels do not heat up the batter while grinding & this results in fluffy & tasty batter. The noise level is very low. Gave a 4 star so that the R & D may work on making it sound free. Still, the sound took me back to my childhood days of dosa batter being made by the elders in the family kitchen☺️

This is not a good product. Do not buy from online. Their customer service is pathetic and they send goons to attend in case there is a problem. My grinder broke down within 15 times of use. No proper response from the service team. Once they spoke and threatened taht they will not fix it. They are asking customer to beg them if they have to do the service. This is the quality of the butterfly service RM of chennai. Very worst. Do not buy for here.

I thought this product might be small and light but no it is very heavy and quite large. It is not possible to batter in small quantity, but a little more batter in it can be beneficial. Also it takes time to clean and there is a fear of dislodgement of the stone so it needs to be cleaned carefully and if these can be removed then the product is good. Made of very high quality plastic and the stones are good.

As an idli enthusiast, I was excited to try out this grinder. The build quality seems solid, and it grinds ingredients very quickly. However, I discovered that the high speed is not ideal for grinding urad dal. The fast grinding generates heat, which reduces the volume and fluffiness of the batter - key factors for perfect idlis.The included coconut shredder attachment also requires some skill to operate safely. It can be tricky to handle, especially for those new to using such appliances.While this grinder works well overall, I prefer using a slower grinder like the Ultra for urad dal to achieve the desired consistency and volume. The slower speed helps create a fluffier, higher-volume batter that's essential for soft idlis.
