Strong at all lengths
This is a great rod for home or travel. I bought one to try out at home for drying swimsuits. After opening it I secured it to the fridge by expanding it about 75%. I was able to hang 6 wet washcloths on it and it didn’t slide down or bend where I’d expanded it. I have no doubt it will work for drying swimsuits this summer on the go. If you’re buying it for other reasons know it’s very strong.

Great Towel Rack for the Fridge with One Design Recommendation
Sturdy. Strong magnets that do not drift but can be placed where you want the hanging rod. Love the ease of adjusting the width (simple push/pull like a curtain rod). This would be a perfect "10" if the rod stand-off was 1/2" deeper for male fingers like mine. It still works as it is, but I have to drape the dish towels over the rod as my hubby "hobbit" digits do not fit. 5 Stars!

This is a great little towel holder. It's expandable and the magnet is strong. It stays securely in place on my refrigerator. It looks nice.
