I like that this map had a little bit of everything in it but I wish it had more landmarks and a bigger picture of Playa del Carmen and Cancun. It was useful but the writing was tiny. It got some moisture on it (not soaked) and it ended up getting ruined and sticking to itself to where you had to tear it open once it dried, so I wouldn't say it's water resistant. However, it is the best map I could find and it did the job.

Need more street info on map overall very nice map quality well made will be using during Cancun Mexico
