The silicone baking mats are fantastic!I got tired of the expense of buying parchment paper and had been thinking of getting baking mats for a while. I have heard good things about reusable silicone baking sheet, but was skeptical if they really worked and if they would cause the bottoms of food to be soggy. Thankfully, the silicone cooking mats work wonderfully. I used them for the first time to make cinnamon rolls and they were honestly the best cinnamon rolls I have ever made. Usually the bottoms are always burnt by the time the top portion is cooked, no matter what I have used. These silicone pan liners allowed everything to cook uniformly with no burnt or soggy bottoms. Very pleased and very happy to find something reusable that works.The high heat silicone mat clean up nicely with some soapy water and I let them air dry. While I’ve only had them a for a short time, I’ve used them a couple of times a week so far and have always been pleased with the results.The silicone baking mat are a perfect fit for my half baking sheet and make cleanup of the sheet pan a breeze (which was not always the case with the parchment paper regardless of whichever brand I bought). You won’t regret buying them and no need to pay more money to buy silpat baking mat.

This product really makes making pizza much easier. Not only is the mat a great size and quality, but the variable thicknesses of the rolling pin allows you to make different kinds of pizza, be it thin or thick crust. I highly recommend it.

This made rolling perogie dough a lot easier. Just set to desired thickness and roll out. I always ended up with dough that was too thin. Not now. Only down side is you have to work with smaller amount of dough at a time

I use this for fondant , works amazing so for easy to clean and store, love the size, the rolling pin is nice also but I'm not sure it's big enough for me to use with the ends on as I make wedding cakes
