Absolutely delighted with my purchase of this aesthetically pleasing yet very robust cafetiere. It arrived today (8 Jan), 6 days ahead of the estimated delivery date and between ordering and despatch I received a very welcoming email from the seller. One very slight worry on opening the package was finding a hole in the inner box where the spout had pushed through, however the product was undamaged so I can only assume it had had a slightly rough journey. Perhaps some bubble wrap to fill the space between the outer and inner packaging would avoid this happening.As an irregular user of a glass cafetiere I am looking forward to making much more frequent use of this well insulated steel cafetiere which adds enjoyment to the preparation of an excellent cup/mug of coffee without the faff of filter papers.Thank you Origeens for an excellent experience throughout.

Disappointed that the screw in the bottom of the press seems to have given away only a year after we purchased it, but appreciate the efforts made by the company to remedy the problem.Updated May 2020. Really impressed with how helpful and responsive Origeens has been. Faulty part has been replaced and I am otherwise really enjoying this - it looks good, works well, no plastic or need to keep replacing broken glass cafetieres.

I purchased this in red to match my other red kitchen appliances. Although not as red as I had hoped the design we liked although my other half cant quite guage the amount of coffee. However we are very disappointed as the coating has peeled and at the top was even falling into the inside of the cafetiere. I am now trying to contact Origeens about this but not having much luck as the returns date is passed. Wish I had got the plain stainless steel one without the coating. Very disappointed as its only 4 months old and the coating started to peel only a couple of months in.

One of the things I always encountered in normal cafetieres is that the coffee gets cold too quickly. Not in this thermal insulated French press. Love it. It's classy and stylish, easy to use and clean, keeps the coffee warm. Love the red colour as well. Highly recommend it.And... you can also make tea with it or other hot and cold drinks.

Arrived earlier than estimated, well packaged. Great quality french press, very happy. Easy to clean, looks very smart and I love design. I personally would have preferred a brighter red but am happy. Makes a great cup of coffee, no residue in the cup. Makes 2+ mugs of coffee - like the way the lid turns to keep the contents hot.

I decided to purchase this item after breaking the glass in my Bodum caftiere, because I thought it would be more robust. I love the red matt colour and the elegant design. The press is easy to clean and I was impressed at how it keeps the coffee hot for a much longer time than my previous model. It was good to deal with a small company like Origeens who treat the customer with a personal touch.

I went for this cafferteria because its from a small french company that sells quality coffee, only had it a few days ,but first impressions that it’s well made and works well ,looks very stylish as well.Also bought their travel flask which is of high quality as well.

Really recommend this elegant looking French Press. Good coffee is very easy to make and it only takes a few moments to prepare a large volume in the morning, then you can have a second cup later as it keeps warm. The graduations inside are useful to measure the water so your coffee will taste just as good every time. Snazzy design looks good in my modern kitchen.
