Q: Will this unit tune in tv Ariel in the right place.

You can plug in a UK TV aerial and it will find all the freeview digital channels and give signal strength

Q: Can you measure sky q signals on this? And if I connect an 8k camera will it still show an image but just at a lower resolution? Thanks

The EDISION MULTIFINDER can measure and display the technical values of satellite channels, but when these channels are coded/scrambled, no image display and sound is produced, only the technical measurement values. Regarding camera resolution, the device can recognize and display up to 4.0MP. Higher resolutions produce no results and no image, but if the camera resolution is lowered to 4.0MP for test reasons, then image is displayed.

Good for Terrestrial, Cable, Satellite and CCTV installations.

I've not explored all the functions as yet and I'm not sure if it will work on Sky 'Q'.As soon as I find out more I shall write again.Stefan

Satellite part doesn't work

its good for normal tv and as a monitor but doesn't work on satellite.Ive bought another sat meter and it works perfectly as i needed to install a satellite dish .Buy a separate sat meter and freeview meter Update now is faulty and cant be used DO NOT BUY
