I have used Toshiba batteries for many years. I trust its quality. The price is also very competitive. Will buy more in the future.

I don't like buying anything with lithium from off-brand companies since the quality control is not known, and leaking batteries can destroy electronics and there is a fire hazard. (Worked with computer battery procurement and distribution for years and it's a sketchy marketplace.) Toshiba is a solid brand. Arrived in a box that was WAY too big but packed ok. The Toshiba packaging is meh but once I could cut and peel and pry the battery out, it was fine.

Work and easy to install

Good price for the batteries. I ordered the wrong size though… but still keeping them. I know I will eventually use them.

I replaced the battery in my car key fob with the Toshiba CR1620 3V Lithium Coin Cell Battery (from a pack of 5). The battery replacement process went smoothly and the key is now functioning normally. Although it is too early to evaluate the longevity of the battery, I believe that having five of them will be sufficient for a very long time.

I wanted to replace the Amazonbasics CR 1620 on my key fob and i tried with one of these Toshiba ones, thought it was a fluke when lights didn't turn on. So I thought, could be just one in five. I opened #4 and still no lights. I was curious maybe it was my keyfob? So i found the Amazonbasics battery and lo and behold, the lights turned on. At this point, I was curious as to how many batteries would turn up dead. Unfortunately all of them were. Tsk. Too bad it is past the return period. One of the batteries even had mold.

The one I installed in the fob, works fine... so far / so good. Items where shipped in Amazon Box, approx. 10" long and 5" x 5". Big waste of a box... this item could have gone in a envelope.
