Chistorra Dry, Spanish Dry Chorizo Style - 7 oz

Decent Chorizo if you can’t find fresh. I was making Paella 🥘 so this worked well.

This was my 3rd purchase and the 2 others times were fine which makes me think this was a bad batch. But there was also another review on here saying it was pasty.I cut the chistorra in small piece and fry in olive oil just to render a bit of the fat and served it with bread and cheese. At first i couldnt tell if it was the bread, cheese or sausage that was making my mouth feel sticky like i was swallowing maple syrup. When i realized it was the chistorra it away. It's like they used too much filler or preservatives. The texture wasnt natural at all. Now im worried what effect it will have on my husband and i! I hope it was just a bad batch but not harmful or toxic.Never buying Quijote brand again!!!!!!

These are really excellent quality. The flavor is wonderful. My family loves them sliced thin in an omelette, or just sliced on a meat and cheese platter
