Great customer service that stands behind their warranty and a great product
So I've installed these breaks and pads on all our vehicles over the past few years. Mainly for trucks F150 and F250 and they really do perform well. There's a definite noticeable Difference between these and stock brake pads and rotors.Over all the install is extremely easy it's a typical brake job nothing too fancy about it. I will say the break in period is extremely important . Read the directions and follow them it's not a hard process basically several brake checks getting the rotors hotter and hotter. The whole breaking process takes maybe 5 to 10 minutes as long as you've got enough area to continuously get the vehicle up to about 35 and then engaged the abs with heavy braking. We did recently have a problem with one of the pads failing after about 6000 miles. The pad word a weird angle and actually chewed up the rotorTo be 100% honest I was a little nervous after reading some other reviews about customer service, but after reaching up to them they were extremely helpful and stood behind the warranty. After providing pictures of the failure they shipped me new pads and rotors within a few days . Occasionly bad products get out which is just a part of life but the fact that they stood behind their warranty and made the whole process extremely easy will make me a customer for life. If you thinking of getting a good set of pads and rotors at a reasonable price and these are the ones you want.

Perfect fit and upgrade
I like te fact that they are drilled and slotted and rated for towing the rotors are thick and have not shown signs of warping in a few months the pads are upgraded so there is no inner or outer making for an easier install so far so good and ready to reorder go another truck

Good Brake kit to improve stopping
I installed this set and the rear set on my 2014 Expedition EL to help improve the factory braking, especially while towing. They were installed January 2017 (2 years ago) and about 50k miles have gone on them since. I have towed some heavy trailers, most 7k or more in weight during that time period. I would confidently say the braking power was improved over the OEM rotors and pads, yet the life is probably about the same though the towing has probably had some effect on that. The rear pads are still good, but the front are getting close to needing replacement. I followed the directions on installation and did what I considered a sufficient/normal break in on the pads. About 3 slow long stops and 2 hard directly afterward. I think that was close to the directions. In summary, for me these did improve the slightly lackluster braking of the OEM and the life has been sufficient to be happy.

Nice Product
Rotors and pads fit well on my 2014 F150. Brake pulse is gone and action is incredibly smooth so far.
