Love the easy spreading , works for leg cramp issues

We use it on our 3 year old son. We give him a little foot massage at night and it helps him sleep!!One thing to note, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5, if you have any open cuts or hang nails etc.. it does sting a bit! So make sure you wash your hands after use!

I have occipital neuralgia. I also have a lot of neck pain, and I get the worst muscle spasms in the skin along my neck up towards my head. After I shower and before bedtime, I slather up my neck and shoulders areas with this magnesium lotion. It dries pretty quickly, and I have been using it for a few months now, and really feel like it's making a difference in the tightness in my neck and shoulders. It's and it sometimes leaves a little film, which is just a magnesium, but that's no big deal.

I'm not sure why but when using this on my son he cried that it burned his skin. Once trying the lotion on myself it also burns mine. I'm disappointed I'm not able to use it like I was expecting too.

I am using this product for foot and hand neuropathy. I am in my 70's. I rub the lotion on my feet and hands morning and evening. It definitely soothes the burning, tingling and stabbing pains. Neuropathy is not curable, but this lotion truly helps. Most prescribed medications pack a wallop for me on side effects to where I cannot walk, talk or drive my car. The beauty of this lotion is that I can apply as much of it as I need and get great results. Magnesium is well known for its relaxation properties and I thought it would help neuropathy. Yes it does!

It did nothing for me.I used other magnesium creams and lotions while pregnant and this one did nothing I used it on different body parts and no difference.It was not worth the money.

I was spraying the pure magnesium oil onto my legs and they became extremely dry. Using this product has made such a difference. I use it all over after a shower; very minimum itching from the magnesium oil. Absorbs quickly, and I was able to adapt to the magnesium quickly after a few days of use; the itching went away.
