I’m a runner, and these have become my go-to on warmer days or after longer sessions. I pop one in my water bottle as soon as I get home and can genuinely feel the difference — it’s a subtle pick-me-up without any sugar crash, and I don’t feel as wiped out later in the day.The Pineapple & Mango flavour is lovely — not too artificial or overpowering like some electrolyte tabs can be. It’s just the right balance of refreshing and sweet, and it actually makes me want to drink more water (always a win after a hot run).Easy to chuck in a gym bag, and they dissolve quickly too. I’m already on my second tube — highly recommend if you’re training regularly or just want something more interesting than plain water.

I like the Berry flavour of these but not the lemon so much. Despite that I really think they make a difference to how I feel after a workout if I don’t use electrolytes in my water. My energy levels are better and I feel good after taking these. They aren’t too weak or strong to taste, I’d say they’ve got this right.

All round very good for hydrating and getting in your electrolytes etc, bought it for those hot days where I don’t have time to go out and buy the pre made drinks. Helps a lot when you have a headache but don’t want to spend an hour chugging down water or taking a paracetamol. It dilutes within a couple minutes and there’s no grittiness or bits floating around when it’s done mixing which is a plus.Only downside is the flavour (hence the 1 less star) its not terrible but could be a bit better. Not a dealbreaker though. Still good all in all. Good value for money.

Great electrolyte tablets. Great taste. I like all the flavours from this brand. Dissolves well with no residue in the bottom. Takes couple of minutes to dissolve. I take one first thing in the morning and makes me feel more refreshed. Will order again.

Great product, I use them for long tennis matches to replenish my electrolytes and prevent cramp. The best plavour in my opinion is the berry, and great value for money.

Great tasting and excellent hydration benefits.

Used before and after medieval combat in full armour works a treat. Less heat fatigue during combat and much faster recovery after. Best balance found so far for my niche requirements. Would recommend.

I got these because a medication I’m on tends to leave me dehydrated, and I wanted to try something that might help with hydration. I honestly can’t tell how much of a difference they make. I try to drink lots of other liquids too.The berry flavour is quite strong and a little artificial for my taste. I found it a bit overpowering. That said, they dissolve easily and are convenient to take on the go.If you're after a zero-sugar option with added electrolytes, these could be worth a try. But taste-wise, they might not be for everyone.As for me, I've started using the diorahydrate tablets instead because they taste better, and i feel more confident that they are working to rehydrate me.
