I bought this small chainsaw about 6 months ago for light cutting of branches and brush around the yard with the hope that it could handle some tasks more easily than could be done with large lopping shears or hand saws. I have had occasion to use it several times since purchase and have, each time, been pleased at how well such a small electric saw has handled the tasks at hand. It cuts smaller branches rapidly and with ease since it has good power and cutting speed. Just today, we had a very large branch come down due to age and wind. It is clearly large enough to require professional removal by an arborist. But, the end section of the branch was smaller in size (4" - 5" thickness) and had fallen in such a way as to create a problem across our driveway. I decided to see if this saw could handle this section for me . . . . .and it did so with ease. I did not try to cut through the full thickness of the branch, but easily cut about 2" into it on one side and then did the same from the other side. This left a small piece in the middle to be cut and my Saker saw cut that away with ease - problem solved. Don't be fooled by the term "mini" electric saw. Yes, it's a small saw for small jobs, but it functions with easy handling and excellent power for many types and sizes of yard brush and trees. It's a saw that outperforms what one might expect of a saw at this very modest price. I only wish that I had bought it with a carrying case for ease of storage and transport, but that was my error of judgment. The saw performs fully as well as advertised. Would I buy it again if I had it to do over? Absolutely!

My new favorite tool! Makes using the lopper a time consuming chore. This mini chainsaw uses vegetable oil as a lubricant, comes with 2 extra chains, 2 batteries and a charger, and I nice case.With recent windy conditions and storms, tree limbs were easily cut down to size for cleanup. So far, no issues!

We needed to cut some dead branches from our lemon tree, so we purchased this after reading the terrific reviews. We are SO pleased how well it worked. It was very quick, lightweight and handled well. It was easy to control, too. Highly recommend.

My girlfriend wanted this to use around the yard and after some bickering, I ordered it for her. She was right this thing comes in handy it is very light, has good battery life, comes with a sharp chain and everything you should need to trim things. It is not a work horse saw it has a small bar but will trim the crap out of stuff. I is a good buy for the price and just having around for small tasks.

Bought this 7 months ago but only started using it in the last 3 months.This is hands down one if the best thing I have ever bought from Amazon. Very handy and light. And yet so powerful. Easily cuts 3 inch thick branches. I used it to cut 4x4 fence posts and it did it easily. Saved me a lot of time using a bigger chainsaw. Simply amazing.

Absolutely love it need to trim the palm trees often and this helped that task turn into ace, quick easy breeze, able to get the job done so much faster. This is very lightweight and easy for anyone to be able to handle of all ages love the safety features on it. My daughter was on a ladder using it and fell off the ladder. The safety feature stopped the machine from running so that she was not injured when she fell

This is absolutely wonderful! I had a bush that tried to limp through last year. It was apparent as Spring has arrived the wood was totally dead. Where it is located I did not need to dig the roots out, but I did want to cut off at ground level. The saw came fully charged and ready to go. And go it did! Took me about 10 minutes to cut through numerous branches 2-4” in diameter. The battery was still fully charged once the job was done. It’s a great size, easy to use and store. My husband, who is “tool fussy” was equally impressed. A tool I am actually anxious to use again.
