I bought this along with the SimplyImagine cloth diaper bucket (seriously, buy it) right as my daughter was about to start BLW. This was insanely easy to install (did it myself) and works very well with the ability to spray softer or harder as needed. There’s no heating element, so the water is cold. I didn’t have any issue with leaking, though it seems like that’s only an issue if you don’t make sure all the rubber washers are in the right place.This has also come in handy for rinsing my mop and mop bucket! I can spray clean water into my mop bucket to rinse the mop with and flush everything down. This bidet has held up for the last 4-5 months with not a single issue. Highly recommend.

I got this to spray off cloth, diapers, but we already had a Tushy bidet installed that we liked and wanted to keep in line. I figured I could give it a try installing both, and it worked! Just installed one on top of the other. Water pressure is great, all the parts seem fairly heavy and good quality for the price. So far I’m impressed.

You never how important it is to have this part of your home! Quality feels great, easy to install (I have 0 prior experience), spray quality is good, however the water temperature depends on the tap water that it’s connected to. It’s a been a couple of weeks of using, zero leaks so far.

Nice addition to my bathroom. We don't have a sink in our second bathroom. So, toilet usage is kind of not so comfortable. After adding it to the toilet now it had made the job easy. Fixing was easy, simple, I watched the video and was able to fix it without any trouble. You will need a wrench to connect this to the toilet tap. So far the spray is working fine, no leaks and the plastic connector did not break as of now. I'm hoping this is work well for couple of years hopefully.

Works great, easy to assemble if you follow the instructions. Product came with spare parts incase of future leaking. My initial experience made me to buy another. Great customer service as well.

Truly love it.I did go to YouTube to watch how to put it but it was super easy and quick.I am really happy with the purchase.I do turn it off right after I use it. Just to make sure there are no water leaks (just in case).

Purchased 3 of these in November 2024 and so far they are working just fine. One of them started a leak so I contacted the customer service and they turned out to be one of.the best customer service people I have ever contacted. They responded very quickly and helped me solved the problem with just a small adjustment. Even though the problem wasn't that big, the attitude and behavior of the staff was as if my small leak is the most important item on their TO DO list. Very professional language, empathetic and reflecting the sense of urgency. At every step of the support process they kept on own the problem and assured me of a total resolution or even replacement if needed. One thing I would recommend to everyone for a bidet that if you ever leave your home for extended time period, you MUST turn it off with the safety valve as this could turn into a disaster pretty quickly. This is a general advice for all brands and not particularly for this one. It's just a high risk gadget in you home.
