Brunswick Wild Caught Skinless and Boneless Sardines, Served in Olive Oil, 4.4 Ounce (Pack of 12)

You can read all the other reviews, but I wanted to share a couple of things. First, I've been eating these daily for at least 6 months. Right out of the can. Olive oil and all.So, with that I was wondering if it would affect my overall cholesterol, and if so, how? And what about mercury?I had my annual physical. My cholesterol is down 40 points from a year ago. Was it due to the sardines? I can't say for sure, but it seems so. Secondly, my mercury was <5 of whatever measurement they use. This is well within the normal range.

These sardines are well worth the price. Well packed and easy to eat. Thanksl

This skinless and boneless sardines is not only nutritious it’s affordable. On a lazy day I just open a can of sardine. No cooking needed. Just open a can and have it with whatever sides you want. Yummy.

Usually I purchase seasons sardines. Familiar and get accustomed to the flavor profile. These were pretty good, slightly less salt notes which is fine.

Item was great. My older brother recommended I try tinned sardines and Brunswick did NOT disappoint. They taste great and I just pop them straight on to some saltine crackers and I’m good to go. It’s cheap as chips and good for you as well! 10/10 would recommend

Great to take with you if you need something to satisfy hunger, very high quality sardines and packed with protein and omega3.

I found these sardines to be mushy and overly pungent, so I did not care for them; not the worst, but not the best.

Tastes better than the seasons brand, in my opinion.
