With 3 billion bacterial cultures and a Vitamin D booster, it helps maintain a healthy gut and overall well-being. The sachets are easy to use, and my child has no problem taking it. I’ve noticed an improvement in their digestive health and immunity. This is a great option for anyone looking for a reliable, gentle probiotic for their little ones. Highly recommend it!

Life changing for baby and all of us!
Thank goodness for this product! Our newborn baby was screaming in agony every single day,We ended up in a&e 3 times in one week, they have her lansoprozole for silent reflux, nutramigen milk for suspected milk intolerance and then we went to see a paediatrician and a dietitian on the NHS, they recommended we try this and advised us we could get it from Amazon , we started it on a Saturday and by the Monday we had a different baby! Absolutely amazing!! She had I.V antibiotics when she was born and apparently that can remove their good bacteria as well as the bad and really upset their gut. She is so much happier and settled now, I believe these have made a hugeeee difference to all of us! Watching her screaming ok agony day in and day out was horrendous for her and for the whole family. It was a very stressful ans difficult time.

TIcks a lot of boxes
Bought these for my daughter who is on antibiotics and seems to have a lower immunity generally. She will take them while she is on antibiotics and for a couple of days after to give her gut flora and immune system and nod in the right direction. I wouldn't give them longer than necessary. The bacteria used look appropriate, and probably safe particularly over a short course, which is of course the number one consideration. It comes in a sachet which you can mix with food or a drink. This obviously makes it easier to hide, very important when trying to give to a child. It does have a taste to it, Ive tasted it myself with water, not necessarily a bad taste but a REALLY fussy child MIGHT notice and turn their nose up. Mine is quite fussy but chugs it down quite happily with yoghurt or ice cream. Its pretty easy to hide. One slight drawback is mixability, it does sometimes clump rather than mix in. Havent worked out why yet but I'm sure there's something that can be done. Mixing it with a drop of water first into a paste and then mixing into food is an option worth considering, but Ive not had to do that yet. Theres not that much in a sachet anyway, a few grams, so no big deal.As for efficacy, always hard to say, but daughter is nine days into her antibiotic course and has not yet had the "antibiotic runs".I actually think they might be beneficial for me too (I have SIBO issues) so I will be taking them for a couple of weeks once daughter has finished her course. A different strain of B-Infantis for example is in adult Align which is more expensive, and fared badly in recent trials. This may be a better alternative for those adults like me who are interested in the potential benefit of B.Infantis.Optibac is a brand I trust, they just do probiotics instead of just dabbling in it which is a good sign. They also invest in research.I have also used their Saccromyces Boulardii product myself and found it well tolerated and surprisingly effective (I have low expectations!).

Easily disguised in drinks
Cheapest price I could find, wanted something for my son's gut health that he wouldn't taste & be put off by. Easily mixes into juice/squash & isn't detected.

but i would like to say here that im giving him hemp seed ...
bought theses for my two year old with eczema.i must say this realy truly helped. and hez much more interested in food as well. but i would like to say here that im giving him hemp seed oil and vitamin supplement as well. im applying hemp seed oil on his whole body once in the morning and once after bath at night. and giving him bath after mixin double base bath additive in water. hope this help someone else coz i realy understand what parents go through if there little one suffers coz of eczema.thanx20/11/2014 UPDATEi just want to add here that recently i have started giving one teaspoon full mix in morning feeder bottle full of milk to my son whoz 2 year 5 months old now and his appetite improved so well.so i stoped giving him optibac supplement coz that was bit pricy. if u do your own search on honey milk mix you would find out that how good it is for providing prebiotics and healthy environment for pro biotic which is very much needed for healthy body in especially in eczema.also give him green tea once or twice a week. and also started applying a carrier oil mix along with hemp oil.(almond , avacado, apricot, grapeseed, castor, vegetable glycerine, olive, johsons baby oil and off cource our savior hem oil mainly).once morning and before bed.but at the same time its really IMPORTANT that one do a patch test with each and every oil , applied one oil at one time one a small area of skin (like my sons face and neck is the most sensitive so i applied a little bit and then keep him close and keep and eye on it like and hr or so).and i have also make a thick body butter like mix(shea butter coconut oil, beeswax, honey almond oil, castor oil, hemp oil). when i first made this i was thinking of using it twice a day on whole body with hemp oil. when i started that i found out that it was drying his body out and i needed to apply a moisturiser on the top and plus it was so strong that leaving black patches on his skin. so then i made the oil mixture to deal with this condition. so now am using that oil mix and double base gel on whole body and on face and neck just hemp oil and double base as my sons face and neck so sensitive that even these oils can cause redness some time so just to be on safe side i use only hemp oil.interestingly i didnt stop using that body butter rather using it as nappy cream and most importantly i use it in place of hydrocortizone steroid cream. yes im so happy that i havent used any steroid cream since i started using this body butter. i use it behind his knees inside elbows where he has eczema flare ups some time . since im using this thats under control coz as soon as flare up starts this mixture dries it out and then i apply oil mixture to keep it moisturize so this goes side by side.please always keep in mind that every child have different skin sensitivities and needs so do your search and test different things but with caution ofcource. and every thing i mentioned here shoud be raw cold pressed organic.also got his blood tested for food allergies. and with eczema child u need to keep there environment stress free, and keep room tempp under control by using room termometer and keep an eye on temp.hope this helps and good luck
