Avoid and save your money
I’m not sure why this has high reviews.I have tried many products like this over the years but I have felt nothing after taking these. No focus increase and to be honest it seems like a complete waste of money. As a fan of the owners, it’s sad that I’ve had this experience as I was hoping this would have something to be positive about.

No real difference noticed
These look good and sound great from the description. As someone who gets easily distracted I am always on the lookout for something that can help me focus. These sounded absolutely fabulous in the description and I was excited to see the results. However, I've not noticed anything wildly different and can't say that these do any more for me than a cup of coffee.Given the price point and the fact that a bottle will only last around a month, these are too expensive for me to justify a regular subscription.

They work, but I'm not sure on the pricing?
I've been actively cutting down coffee and noticed a dip in the afternoon following lunch. I found that taking these after lunch alongside a caffeine free tea gave me nice clean energy that lasts through the rest of the working day. I'm not saying that these make me feel like Bradley Cooper in that Limitless film, but the boost is about as noticeable as a good coffee. As someone who struggles with focus, this is really useful as that afternoon dip can otherwise be followed by procrastination without this type of boost. But let's talk about price. I was lucky enough to receive these for free to review as part of the Amazon Vine programme. Would I pay £35 per month for these? No. Although the effects are noticeable, they sit outside of my price range for a supplement. I've been able to get a similar effect by taking a lighter lunch followed by a quick walk and staying hydrated. If money isn't much of an object for you, you are genuinely time pressed (challenge yourself on this) and/or you can't or don't want to drink coffee then these may be for you.

They do make a difference
I’ve been using Neutonic Nootropic Brain Capsules for about a month or thereabouts, and I’m impressed with how they’ve helped me stay sharp and focused. As someone who might have ADHD (never been diagnosed), I was looking for something to give my brain a boost and in particular help me to concentrate on an individual project. These capsules are caffeine-free and packed with research-backed ingredients like Cognizin, Rhodiola Rosea, Bacopa Monnieri, Panax Ginseng, and Ginkgo Biloba, all of which are known for supporting cognitive function. One of the biggest benefits I’ve noticed is how much easier it is to stay focused. Before, I’d find my mind wandering after an hour or so, often half that, especially in the afternoon. Since starting Neutonic, I feel more on-point when I’m writing letters of complaint (which really demands intense concentration) or more complex writing tasks. It’s not like I’m suddenly a superhuman, but there’s a noticeable clarity that helps me complete a self-imposed task without feeling scattered. The capsules also seem to help with memory retention, which has been a weakness of mine in recent years.Another plus is how easy they are to incorporate into my routine. You just take three capsules a day, so at that rate the bottle lasts a full month. I usually take one with breakfast, and they don’t upset my stomach or leave any weird aftertaste, which I’ve experienced with some other supplements. The fact that they’re caffeine-free means I can take them later in the day without worrying about being wired at bedtime. As for whether they actually make a difference to concentration levels, I’d say yes, they definitely do. It’s not a dramatic, instant jolt like drinking coffee, but after about a week of consistent use, I felt a steady improvement in my ability to focus for longer periods. Tasks that used to feel overwhelming now seem more manageable, and I’m less likely to get distracted by my phone or whatever’s on Netflix. That said, it’s not perfect; on days when I’m a bit stressed or sleep-deprived, the effects feel a bit less pronounced, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. I also wish the price was a little lower, but the quality of the ingredients makes it worth it for me.Overall, Neutonic Brain Capsules have proved to deliver what I had hoped they would. If you’re looking for a natural way to boost focus and mental clarity without stimulants, I’d recommend you give them a try. Be prepared to keep taking them daily for a couple of weeks to really feel the benefits.

One of the best Nootropics supplement used to date
7 Days in - one of the best Nootropics supplements I have used to date. Do not cause any stimulant jitters and caffine intake can be cut right back mid-morning. No dip in energy from 3pm.For context, I have a knowledge-heavy client facing deskjob that requires full focus all day.
